Glenlivet tasting at The Brandy Library

filed under: Eventista, Liquor, tasting

Here I go again.. trying to escape the cold and still be somewhat social. What better way to warm up than a good Scotch tasting?
I left work last Wednesday (the 18th) to stop by The Brandy Library for a Glenlivet tasting made extremely interesting by the knowledge of an extremely personable ambassador, Richard Crawford. I’d like to express my thank Richard for the special ladies shout-out and how genuinely happy he seemed about the increased of women attending these kind of events in the past few years. As a rookie in that domain I found it very interesting and was surprised to actually enjoy such an event. Anyone who has been to The Brandy Library must agree that it created an ideal setting environment to host a yummy sampling completed by passed trays of hors d’oeuvres.
The end of the testing evolved in a less formal get together where everyone get a refill of their favorite and enjoyed mini eclairs and other delicious deserts. The experience as a whole was very pleasant and the courteous and dedicated staff at the venue only contributed in empasizing that feeling.
