I can’t believe we’re mid-July already as I have been so busy with work, travel and more that I didn’t even noticed Summer is here. THere has been no happy hours for me yet nor good dinners on terraces of cute restaurants. I won’t let summer go by without catching up on my after-work sessions and I was just introduced to the perfect venue for doing so,Brazilian bistro, BERIMBAU. The lovely and friendly atmosphere of this cozy restaurant with outdoor patio instantly made it my new fave spot.
Opened about two months ago in animated West Village, Berimbau already attracted the likes of Lady Gaga, Queen Latifah, Ethan Hawke and more and it is no surprise once you try their yummy and refreshing flavored Caipirinhas (including strawberry, passion fruit, kiwi and coconut) along with the tasteful Brazilian specialities. The owner, Mario teams up with manager and designer, Sergio and their amazingly friendly staff, to make you feel at home in their exotic environment where everything has been beautifuly thought for your greatest pleasure.
Part of the coziness of Berimbau is that it sits only about 50 people inside and 20 outside so hurry up to get your brazilian fix before everyone else.
