What better opportunity to stick with the New Year resolutions than attending an event featuring free yoga and organic food cooking demonstrations? Thanks to the pop-up event held Saturday January 23rd at Graceline Court to show the new condos New Yorkers were able to do just so.
The teachers of Harlem Yoga gave 3 classes in a row for which you had to book your spot in advance. The New York skyline views in addition to the warmth provided by the sun coming through the windows made the class a real treat. Before and after the class attendees were welcome to join the lovely reception featuring food and refreshments provided by the recently opened 97th street Whole Food.
